How can I get nicer abs?

I have the most untoned belly anyone could ever ask for, well, not really, but you know what I mean. I’d really like to have some nice abs because I know it would help my digestive health and make me feel better. Are there any ab workouts for young teenagers?
Facts: I’m really looking to do backbends.
I FAIL at sit ups during fitness tests in gym. I want to change that!

Can anyone help me build some muscle down there?

It could be attributed to your body type. Someone with an apple body type (heavier on top than bottom) will have a much more difficult time than someone with a pear body type (heavier on bottom than top.) But that’s only where fat is stored. It’s possible to have a muscled upper body, even if you can’t see it.

It’s a lot more difficult for a woman to develop visible ab muscles than a man simply because of how our bodies are built.

You won’t see any actual definition in your tummy no matter how muscled it is if you don’t do cardio to felt away that fat first. My friend has the most rock hard abs anyone could ask for (she could probably pull a truck with that amount of muscle, lol) but she’s got a little pouch of fat at the bottom of her belly because that’s a genetic thing in women for childbearing and it is extremely difficult for even the fittest women to get rid of.

Swimming is incredible for your body. Every part of it. If you have access to a swimming pool, use it. It’s cardio and muscle-building in one, and lacks the pressure and pain on your joints that other activities like running have.
