Education Health Bill
Is health care causing people to show their lack of education?
As we know, the health care reform bill has passed the house and staggered a lot of comment here on Yahoo Answers. I have spent 4-5 hours reading over the posts and I am seeing something that is really concerning to me. the number of posts where people are saying that it is now lay is staggering. I always knew that a lot of people said things here that were just not true, but I never realized the number of people who were so zealous about a viewpoint that was based on ignorance. Ignorance of the law, our legal system, our political system, on history and basic economics.
Is the lack of basic education of Americans who vote scaring you as much as me?
Please tell me WHERE in the Constitution, gives Congress the right to make me buy healthcare…..NOT, because it is not there..
…They obviously think they can write laws that are against the LAW, even though WE the people have not given THEM the right to WRITE any bill that is against the constitution.
…I heard one judge say,” most of what Congress do is not constitutional.”…honest but shocking..
…so if this can be legally challenged if it passes it will be and it will be held up for years in the Court, simply because it is unconstitutional….and again Congress has wasted allot of money and time…
