Declining Health Of Americans
Obamas health care plan you would face a tax penalty if you chose not to participate?
Since 30% of the uninsured are people who are offered health care by their employers but decline, how will that affect them?
And if American citizens have to pay a fine, why are illegal aliens exempt from the fine?
And wasn’t that the big smack from the Democrats during the campaign on Romney care is that it made it illegal not to carry insurance?
And why don’t union members have to pay to participate like everyone else?
And why if we are spending Trillions of dollars there will still be 16 million Americans without insurance?
Just a few my outstanding questions. Does anyone know the answers?

$2500 to not participate taxed by IRS. people such as religious belief, Health savings, pay as you go, etc.. (12 to 15 million of the 47 million not insured)
Businesses 8% tax on total pay roll amount if no participation. That will surely lose jobs.
After 1 Jan no insurance company can issue a new policy. Thus it can not compete with the Obama plan
After Jan 1st no individual can change an existing private insurance policy. Thus no competition plus penalty.
15 million Illegal aliens are NOT exempted, one is not allowed to identify them. (15 million un insured)
Tax will come straight out of a persons paycheck so if you are between age 18 and 30 and are part of the 10 million who chose not to buy insurance you got it now. Tax will be 15 to 30% and no your not getting it back..
Fed Government and Congress has exempted itself from plan though.
