You can keep your own insurance IF your current employer can afford to continue to offer it. You will be required to have health insurance and your employer will be required to offer it. How do you think that will affect our unemployment numbers? It is a bad plan. Please quit referring people to this silly website. If you need to refer to a site, use the actual bill.
