So what do you guys think? Can I still get into Stanford with a C?
By the way, I’ll be taking 4 AP Classes in my Junior Year and 3-5 AP Classes in my Senior Year…

you might want to retake the class you got a C in. it would show that you care a lot about your grades and the material, etc. and, if you got a really good grade the second time around (like an A), then it would show your improvement and how you strive to better yourself at things you maybe aren’t so good at the first time around… retaking the class and getting an A the second time around would look a lot better than just leaving it as a C, though, trust me.

you’re in enough clubs, but it would look especially good if you had a leadership role in at least a couple of these. president or vice-president looks very good.

you might even want to run for a role in your student council. if you’re not really into being class president, maybe you could be vice-president, or the class secretary.

it would look good if you were on a sports team. maybe you could practice very, very hard at tennis over the summer and then do tennis in 11th and 12th grade?

keep doing community service and get records of all the hours you served. keep up the good grades. most of all, do things that will set you apart from all the other people applying. you want to seem special, like you’d be an asset to the school.
