where can i find a good kidney doctor in Colorado?
I have a rare kidney disease, that made me loose one kidney already. I cannot get health insurance with the preexisiting condition. I am not elgible for state aid and desperatly need to find a physican to see regulary. I only have the ability to enter into a payment arangement.
I live in NE Co and the last Dr. I had quit seeing me because my case was to complicated for him. He thought it would be best to find a Dr. that had a better understanding of the disease and my needs. He was only able to care for me on an emergency level, not for day to day. I always followed his instructions. I am also still making payments to him.
I don’t suppose there’s the possibility that you are a child or a teenager? If so, there are excellent kidney docs at the Children’s Hospital in Denver.
Otherwise, I think you should check out St. Luke’s in Denver. It’s very large, and they’d be able to refer you to someone if they couldn’t help you.
