Are Pelosi & Reid following the US Constitution in trying to pass the health care reform bill?
If not what rules have they broke?

Section 5.
Each House may determine the rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two thirds, expel a member.
Even reconciliation is an existing rule in the congress.
As always deflection instead of a straight answer.
The so-called Slaughter Solution has not been used. So I don’t see how you something that was not even done broke the rules.
This bill is like any other, especially the ones Bush used reconciliation to pass.
They are following the normal process for making laws like always, in accordance with the Constitution and everything else, despite the screaming lie campaign on Fox and Rush.
