What exercise can one do when they are studying for their finals?

Okay…so we have a sporty girl who’s now preparing for her final exams at the end of the year. What exercises can she do to stay fit during the period while she’s studying that improves the 4 health-related components.
- cardiovascular fitness
- muscular endurance
-muscular strength
- flexibility

the only exercise is to studyand practise
