2009 Health Care Bill Wiki

Why isn’t the Wyden-Bennett bill (Healthy Americans Act), which has vast bipartisan support, getting attention?
It’s basically the only bill that’s truly bipartisan, because it has support from conservative Republicans like Bob Bennett, Mike Crapo, Lamar Alexander AND liberal Democrats like Daniel Inouye, Debbie Stabenow, and Ted Kaufman.
It’s the ONLY bill the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) has said will not add to the country’s budget deficit. Even conservative columnist David Brooks wrote in the New York Times yesterday that the “Wyden-Bennett bill — that address the structural problems instead of simply papering over them.”
Here’s some basic info on it:

So why aren’t people discussing this bill?!
I’d be interested in learning more about it.
